Description

The Rime Thangkas Project is a sacred arts project which depicts meditational deities, historical figures and protector beings in thangka form. Conceptualised by H.E. Tsem Rinpoche, this ground-breaking initiative is a bridge that spans various Tibetan Buddhist traditions, in which Dorje Shugden is not just another object of worship but a unifying spiritual element.

In the hundreds of thangkas painstakingly produced to date, Dorje Shugden is depicted alongside deities that have never been seen together, to foster acceptance, tolerance and harmony amongst various spiritual traditions. In this way, Dorje Shugden becomes much more than just an enlightened Dharma Protector but a true messenger of peace, wisdom and religious tolerance.

Service + Offering Guide

Making a Donation

  1. Set a positive motivation before making a donation. The purer your intention, the greater the merit generated.
  2. Select your desired amount and type of sponsorship (where applicable).
  3. In the “Dedication” section: Provide the name of the person/entity the sponsorship is dedicated to. You can also include a specific wish or request. Our sangha/pastors/team will dedicate the merits according to your wishes.
  4. In the “Sponsor” section: Provide the name of the sponsor (benefactor). This is optional; sponsors can choose to remain anonymous.
  5. After making the donation, rejoice and dedicate the merits you have generated.
  6. From time to time, we share updates of various projects on our website and social media pages (Facebook and Instagram). Please follow us if you would like to stay informed.

Dorje Shugden is a special Dharma Protector who quickly fulfils wishes and sincere prayers. He brings healing, harmony and peace, protects from harm and obstacles, and attracts opportunities for success and growth. Known as a wealth Buddha, he brings sincere devotees vast merits and material resources for virtuous activities. As a wrathful emanation of Manjushri, he grants improved concentration, clarity of mind and great wisdom to anyone who propitiates him.
