Kecharian (Ordinary Member)

Kechara Friend

  • Duration: 12 months

Kecharian for Life (Life Member, annual renewal)

  • Duration: 12 months
  • Joining fee: RM500

Kecharian for Life (Lifetime Member, one-time fee)

More Information

Kechara is a non-profit Buddhist organisation registered in Malaysia. As such, ordinary and life membership is only available to Malaysian citizens. However, our founder H.E. Tsem Rinpoche’s teachings have touched the lives of many people all over the world. So we’ve also made it possible for non-Malaysians to join the Kechara family through a special type of membership — the Kechara Friend — and enjoy the same great benefits.

Terms & Conditions

We offer different types of membership to cater to Malaysian citizens and non-Malaysians. Please ensure you select the correct type of membership before making payment. If you choose an ineligible membership type, we will take the following actions:

  • Malaysians who sign up as Kechara Friends will be registered as Ordinary Members, and the difference in membership fees will be donated to our temple maintenance fund.
  • Non-Malaysians who sign up for Ordinary Membership will not be registered as Kechara Friends until the difference in membership fees is paid. If the amount due is not remitted within 2 weeks, the original amount paid will be donated to our temple maintenance fund.
  • Non-Malaysians who sign up for Life Membership will be registered as Kechara Friends with a validity period not exceeding the membership fee paid. Any difference in membership fees will be donated to our temple maintenance fund.
  • This is a registration for Kechara membership; no item will be shipped.
