Description

Create a potent connection with Tantric Buddha Vajrayogini through an offering of 24k gold dust on her sacred form. Pure gold dust will be offered on your behalf, in the traditional manner originating from ancient Tibet. Gold tablets are mixed with water and liquid glue. The mixture is heated before being carefully applied on her image, accompanied by traditional ritual music and dedication of merits.

Our founder His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche composed a powerful aspirational prayer, which is recited as part of the offering ritual. If you cannot come to Kechara Forest Retreat to offer jewels to Vajrayogini in person, you can also make these aspirations from wherever you are:

Service + Offering Guide

Requesting a Service

  1. Set a positive intention before requesting the offering service. The purer your intention, the greater the merit generated.
  2. Select your desired offering quantity, size and style (where applicable).
  3. In the “Dedication” section: Provide the name of the person/entity the offering is dedicated to. You can also include a specific wish or request. Our sangha/pastors/team will dedicate the merits according to your wishes.
  4. In the “Sponsor” section: Provide the name of the sponsor (benefactor). This is optional; sponsors can choose to remain anonymous.
  5. After submitting your offering service request, rejoice and dedicate the merits you have generated.
  6. We will inform you by email once your offering has been fulfilled.

About Vajrayogini

A representation of complete Buddhahood in female form, Vajrayogini embodies the qualities of the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times. Her tantra is the most supreme among all the Highest Yoga Tantras. As our lives today are ruled by extreme lust, greed, anger and hatred, she uses these very forces to attract us and then transforms them into liberating energies.

Vajrayogini is particularly suitable for the people of our time because her practice helps to purify and transform desire, which is the current and most pervasive energy within samsara. In fact, she manifested specifically to pacify our self-created inner obstacles that are provoked by the outer environment we live in. Therefore, her blessings are very potent and powerful for this day and age.

About the Vajrayogini Statue

In 2016, His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche placed a sacred 2-ft Vajrayogini statue in Kechara Forest Retreat. The statue is filled with holy items, sacred mantras, and consecrated by puja and ritual to invite her divine presence to reside within. It was Rinpoche’s wish for all visitors to have the opportunity to create a connection with this highest tantric Buddha, by offering jewels and gold to her.

Following Rinpoche’s advice, sacred ritual music is played every time these precious substances are offered to Vajrayogini. It is an additional offering of sound, and greatly pleases the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, arhats, dakas and dakinis with the collection of merit.
