Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully before submitting a service request on our website. By submitting a service request through the website, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Your Understanding With Us

To request any service on our website, you need to submit a completed service request and make the associated donation for that request using the payment system provided. Please provide a valid email address otherwise we will not be able to confirm receipt of your request. Your service request will be confirmed automatically by email once the donation has been processed. This email constitutes your service request confirmation.

Request Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of service request confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your request, nor does it constitute confirmation of our agreement to offer the service requested. Services.Kechara.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your request to accept or decline your request for any reason, or to offer less than the quantity you requested of any service.

Donation Amount

The amount you donate for your requested services shall be based on the suggested donation amount set out in our Confirmation Email. All donations are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit. We reserve the right to adjust the suggested donation for any services on this website without notice.

In the event a service is listed at an incorrect amount due to typographical error, Services.Kechara.com shall have the right to cancel any requests made for the service listed at the incorrect amount, whether or not the request has been confirmed. If your credit card or Paypal account has been charged and your request is canceled, services.kechara.com shall issue a refund to the amount of the donation remitted.

Payment Methods

Donations can be made by online banking (Internet Banking) with major Malaysian bank accounts, eWallets, or credit card via our payment gateway providers. All credit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make donations. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your request. Your credit card will be billed as soon as your donation is confirmed.

• Please note that you do not need to have an account with iPay88 to remit payments to us via iPay88.

Service Fulfilment

Each service has a specified fulfilment period. This isn't guaranteed, but we try our best. If you have an urgent request, please email us and let us know what you need. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Once your request has been fulfilled, you will receive an update from us via email, if applicable i.e. if an update is part of the service. Updates will be sent to the email address specified in your service request. All fulfilment times quoted are estimated times and are subject to availability of materials and manpower. Fulfilment times cannot be guaranteed, and we are not liable for any delay or failure to fulfil your request where this is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control; e.g. severe weather conditions, fire, accidents, war or civil disturbance, strike, any form of government action, failure by you to give us a correct email address, or notify us of any change of address.

If a service is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you and let you know when we expect to be able to fulfill it. You can then let us know whether you would like to wait or if you would like to cancel your request. If you would like to cancel your request, please contact us. We will refund you the donated remitted for any services which cannot be fulfilled.

Incorrect, Missing and Late Fulfilment

If you have not received an update on your service request after the specified fulfilment period, please contact us to check on the status of your request.

If you believe that we have fulfilled your service request incorrectly, please contact us quoting your service request number and providing details of the issue. We will review your report and revert with the outcome of the review. Appropriate remedial action will be taken if necessary.

We do not accept claims for incorrectly fulfilled requests beyond 7 days from the date of the update. We reserve the right to redo incorrectly fulfilled service requests, rather than refund your donation.

Track Your Request

Login to your account to view the status of your request. If your request has been fulfilled, it will be marked as such. If you need further assistance tracking your request, please contact us.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

You have the right to amend the details your service request at any time (dedications, sponsor name, etc.) if we have not begun the process of fulfilling it. Requests for puja services, offering services, and donations may not be cancelled. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift Cards

Redemption

Services.Kechara.com Gift Cards (including products branded as Gift Certificates or Gift Vouchers) ("Gift Cards") may only be redeemed against eligible services on services.kechara.com.

Donations for service requests are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. If the donation exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. Any unused Gift Card balance can be redeemed against future donations subject to the Gift Card expiry date.

Services.kechara.com or its affiliates ("we", "us", and "our") may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards that they purchase.

No fees apply to Gift Cards.

Limitations

Gift Cards, including any unused Gift Card balances, expire one (1) year from the date of issuance.

Gift Cards may not be redeemed at any other website or retail store owned and operated by us, our affiliates, or any other person or entity except services.kechara.com.

Gift Cards and unused Gift Card balances are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund; resold; exchanged; reloaded; used to purchase other Gift Cards, except to the extent required by law.

Unused Gift Card balances are not transferable.

Risk of Loss

Services.kechara.com is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.

Fraud

We reserve the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to submit requests on services.kechara.com or any of its affiliated websites set forth above.

General Terms

The services.kechara.com Terms and Conditions of Use apply. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in our discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

When you request a service from our site, we need to collect your name, ID number (identity card, passport or driver’s license), email address, billing address, phone number, and your payment information. Personal information collected on this site is only used by Kechara and its affiliates to process your order, improve your online experience and communicate with you, and is not shared with third parties.
